A public exhibition about plans to reduce flood risk within the Lower Thames floodplain is to be held at Mole Hall, on Tuesday, October 6.

Taking place at the hall, in Bishop Fox Way, the exhibition, being put on by the Environment Agency, will be start at 3pm and finish at 7.30pm.

The Environment Agency's recommendations include three flood diversion channels, improving existing river weir structures and providing localised protection for houses.
